Admissions

Admission Requirement:
1.   Must be 18 years of age.
2.   Provide documentation of GED or high school diploma.
3.   Provide documentation of health certificate stating applicant is free of communicable disease.
4.   Complete a personal interview with school staff.

Admission Procedure:
1.   Complete and submit application and $50 application fee.
2.   After receiving and reviewing your application, we will notify you to schedule an interview. 
      (Unless interview has already been completed).
