PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
Method of payment for applicaton fee, equipment kit, textbooks, clinic fee and tuition are as follows:
1. Paid totally in advance. (All students receiving government assistance, loans or grants will
follow this payment schedule).
2. Paid in installments of $3,000.00 the first month, $1,750.00 per month for four additional
consecutive months.
If a student fails to complete the am course in 29 weeks, the student will be charged at the rate of $13.00/hour for additional instruction.
If a student fails to complete the pm course in 46 weeks, the student will be charged at the rate of $13.00/hour for additional instruction.
